Went today at 12pm for lunch from work. The waitress - Emily - was lovely, and she took our orders fairly quickly. However, due to apparent understaffing, at 12:45 we still have no sign of our food. We had to ask that instead of plating it, they just put it in containers for us to take with us, since we didn't have time left to eat at the restaurant. By the time the food was ready and was put in containers it was 1pm. The waitress was able to get us 20% off and was very kind about our frustrations of not even being able to eat at the restaurant. However, when we then walked back over to work (~5mins) and opened our containers, the food was unfortunately just not up to par. My blarney chips were super soggy, and were drowning in the cheese sauce. I'm not sure if it would have been better on a plate, but by the time I opened it up, the fries were dissolving in it. (again, only about 10 minutes after it was boxed up). The taste was okay at best. My friends' butter chicken was bland, and the rice was crunchy. 3 of the 4 of us from lunch today have been feeling sick and nauseous since lunch. Not giving it 1 star because of the good wait staff, but in terms of food and kitchen, definitely a 1 star review here.

We did have to wait a bit for dinner but the made up with it by giving us a meal for free and appetizers coupons for the next visit. We had a wonderful waiter. Kind and fast. The food was great. Tasty and filling.

Food was actually pretty good. Beat my expectations. Walking distance from the Kitchener Inn as well. They have fire ball for all those fireball lovers. Enjoy

Wanted to order few things and they didn't have it. Food not so great. Got old cream to my coffee. Would not recommend it.

new owner sucks, had an issue, when I requested to speak to manager, he came out, basically said he was too busy to deal with me and said he would come back and speak to me when he had free time. He never came back, I was advised he was the owner. Can't imagine this place will stay open for long.
