Martindale Dental - St. Catharines Dentist

NO PEDIATRIC DENTIST I was very disappointed coming in the clinic for an appointment, done with my child’s checkup and later finding out that the dentist is NOT a pediatric dentist. It clearly says on their website that they do and so as details why you need to see a pediatric dentist. They even asked why my child needs to be seen and did not give information ahead that they don’t have pediatric dentist. I paid for something we did not need and already knew about my child’s dental issues since we have already seen another dentist but not located in Toronto. Very frustrating. **Update** Edit- After a week from this review, the General Manager followed up on me regarding the issue and offered a refund. I was informed that she talked to their staff at King Street prior to calling me. She also informed me that their Pediatric Dentist is on maternity leave. (Which the Dentist who checked my child probably didn’t know). I’m rating this now a 4 star from a 1 star.

These guys are nothing short of excellent. Talented, efficient, friendly, and just fabulous. I highly recommend to anybody looking for a dentist or just not happy with the one you have to come here to see Dr. Sabrina Panetta who is clearly a naturally talented dentist. For cleaning Michelle is simply a true artist. Totally painless and efficient, such a great outcome. I am really impressed with the whole team here they make going to the dentist something no longer to dread.

Dr. How was very thorough with the initial assessment and made me feel at ease. Sheena the hygienist answered all my questions regarding teeth whitening and oral care. Simone at front desk walked me through the entire benefits coverage and did her best to accommodate my appointment preferences, which I really appreciated! Thank you!

Super friendly & accomating staff. I saw dr. Balaji who takes the time to explain the full procedure which made me very comfortable. Very happy with the experience.

The team are very friendly, professional, and do a great job keeping anxious patients calm. Michelle is the best dental hygienist I've ever had! Sheila, Dr. Panetta, and Simone, thanks for your great work!
