Arch Dental was always a great dentist to visit and they seem even friendlier in the new location. I never really "want" to go to the dentist, but when I have to, Arch makes it a pretty pleasant place to visit. The entire staff is always nothing but helpful and takes time to describe everything they are doing.
And hey...you're in a Massage Chair while they work!

My family and I have been going to Arch Dental for several years and it is always a positive experience. Everyone from the front desk, the hygienist and the dentist are extremely friendly, understanding, fast and efficient. It's honestly as pleasant as a trip to the dentist can be. The tv's at the new location are a major bonus too!

Had my first appointment in quite a while, and everyone there from reception to the hygienists to Dr. Jamal are super awesome people. Have to go back for a couple fillings, but feel way less anxious about the whole thing. Oh, and you can watch Netflix while you get a cleaning while sitting in a massage chair, can't go wrong.

The staff was amazing right from the beginning and Dr. Jamal was extremely friendly and took the time to explain everything that is happening in your mouth. Didn’t feel rushed, actually felt like I was valued. My hygienist Karina or Katrina was amazing, one of the best I’ve ever had.

1. Moved location and didn’t inform me. When I got to the new location they told me they did in an email. Meantime I was sent reminder texts, none of which informed of the new location. When you change location, inform your clients by all communication vehicles. Then do it again. And again. And one more time.
2. At #1 above, I called for the new location and was informed I could park underground. No instructions were provided about where to park. There were 3 parking garages so I called again to learn which to use. I proceeded and guessed where to park then guessed walking directions but arrived at a locked door. I piggybacked with a serviceman. I arrived at the dentist and was told I had to return to my car to place a note on my car. The parking garage is quite far. With #1 and #2 combined, it was now 25 minutes past my scheduled appointment. When you move locations, include instructions on parking.
3. I scheduled a quote and mold fitting for a night guard and they forgot. After cleaning I reminded them. It should have been first so after they fit the molding I had to do fluoride again. I hope I wasn’t charged twice. More wasted time.
4. I got a call after the appointment. The fitting failed and I have to return for another. Yet more wasted time.
This was a bad service experience and a waste of valuable time. Disappointing after so many years of good service.
