An absolute 5 star experience. We were shopping for a couch and had been to so many places between here and Toronto. Steve was so helpful and able to provide quick delivery and a great price. And even honoured a Boxing Day sale that hadn’t started and we didn’t know about. The delivery guys were courteous, friendly, and fast. For future furniture needs we will be starting there and I recommend you do as well.
Worst customer service, very bad product. I bought a 7 piece dinning table set from them. I paid the price of a fresh piece and they sent me a floor model. The bottom of the chair legs look badly dragged for months. When I contacted the store, firstly they were super rude and then all they said was this is how we get the product from manufacturer. This is not the first piece of furniture I bought in my life, anyone can clearly tell the difference between unfinished piece of wood compared to something that has marks on it because of prolonged dragging. They wont refund my money, neither give me a fresh piece. My bad that I wasted money on there cheap product.
Just purchased a sofa and loveseat from Marten's. We were very happy with our purchase and would highly recommend Marten's. We would absolutely return for any future furniture needs. Just wanted to say how happy my husband and I were with the great service we received from Doug Brown. He made our shopping experience fun, personable, and stress free. How many times did he make me laugh when we came into the store, I can't even count. We appreciate his honesty and the way he took care of things for us. We've never had a shopping experience like it and we have to thank Doug for that. If you are looking to buy furniture, go to Marten's and ask for Doug, you won't be sorry. And we are so happy, we will pop buy to see him again and bring him a coffee. We purchased a sectional and had a great experience. The call before delivery so we are aware of the arrival which is really helpful. We faced an issue when we assemble the bed so I called the shop again. They immediately said someone will come to help me on the next day and they came and fix the issue next morning. IMPRESSIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Can't say enough great things about our experience at Marten's Furniture Wonderland. We just came in this afternoon, and were very pleasantly surprised. We dealt with Rachelle, she was so friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding. We have been looking for new furniture for quite some time but had no luck until today. We really weren't expecting much because we were so picky, but we had a flyer in the mail and figured we should give It a try. It was unbelievably easy with the selection they had. The amount of colors and customization we could do to suit our needs was fantastic. There was hundreds of options for fabric at no extra cost. Any time we need new furniture in the future, Marten's will be the first place we go to!
My wife and I bought a sectional from Wayne and Rob, the store was very clean and filled with lots of help and information. It was our first time together buying a sectional and they made us feel confident about our purchase. Yes it took 7 weeks to be built and delivered but we couldn't be more happier. The delivery guys where so friendly and worked hard. They did a great job setting it up and made us both very happy. Thanks again for everything. Highly recommended!!!
We purchased a sectional and had a great experience with everyone we worked with throughout the process. There was a little mix up during delivery and they corrected it so quickly! Very pleased with our new couch. I will definitely go back the next time we need furniture!
July 2016 bought a full Ashley bed set and 'sworn-to-be' the best mattress - was given the whole superior sales pitches by several staff members including a manager along with their service guarantees. Within a few months the drawers stopped closing, the bed began screeching, the mattress gives us major back pain my husband and I are both youthfully fit in case you were wondering, we spoke to their management who sent someone over to inspect the furniture. He made a lot of promises, left, and neither came back nor did he return our calls, although their office is always so nice and promising that they will remedy the situation. Still waiting.....2 years and we are still waiting! We spent good money on this furniture and believed in their small-town, dedicated service excellence pitches.
I must say I'm still over the moon about my new furniture ! I bought a chest from Ashley furniture with a huge sectional from Wayne ! He made me comfortable through the entire purchase even though it took me about 2 hours to decide on a colour for my sectional ,I wanted my sectional to be perfect and it's better then I ever expected it too be ! Wayne walked me through tons of colour options I ended up with this beautiful Ceasar colour ! Delivery was smooth however my sectional ended up not fitting through my door way and I sent it back to get it cut in the middle for an extra fee I didn't mind paying it. I was worried however it would take a long time to get my entire sectional remade to fit into my house . The morning it didn't fit the sales manager reached out to me to let me know he spoke with the manufacturer to rush my sectional re make , I never got the chance to thank him so THANK YOU! THANK YOU a million Wayne for my beautiful furniture!! And thank you to the delivery guys for bringing my stuff for me twice and assembling everything as promised with smiles on their face .Simply thank you !
Awesome. Very reasonable prices for good quality sets. I did two beds, night stands, couch and a love seat. Very happy with the purchases. Doug was great to deal with. Will definitely go back there first for anything else I may need in the future.
