I am rarely motivated to write a review but Mark's Marine Pharmacy deserves 10 stars!  Not only are their prices nearly 1/3 of the cost in the US, but their customer service is priceless!!  I have been ordering insulin for my diabetic cat for the past year and the process is always easy and efficient.  Everyone I have spoken with has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable and has gone above and beyond to make sure that the insulin is well packaged and promptly shipped. My special thanks to Kaela and Henry for my most recent order!

I discovered Marks Marine Pharmacy three months ago with my first order. I live in Dallas, TX USA, formerly from NYC, and needed a better option for an expensive medication. I was impressed with the company's website, which is user-friendly and informational with a friendly feel about everything.  This is really important when establishing a relationship with a foreign business for the first time.  My shipments have been prompt and well-packaged, but perhaps most important... the customer service is refreshingly personable and helpful. Living in NYC for 20 years, "friendly and personable" just didn't exist.  My "check-up" call today from Patrick was delightful.

A most impressive business!! A gentleman named Patrick at Mark's Marine Pharmacy called me today to let me know the medication I use in the dose I require was experiencing a world-wide shortage.  He recommended I get on the waiting list now so that when my current prescription runs out, I will hopefully have an ample supply on hand!  I have NEVER experienced any business of ANY kind that cared so much about their customers well-being.  I wish pharmacies and businesses in the U.S. were this attentive to the needs of their customers! Not only is their Customer Service beyond reproach, their prices are incredible.  I would have to pay over 3 times as much if I had to purchase this medication in the U.S. and I would not be able to afford it. I have been a long time customer of Marks Marine Pharmacy for over 10 yrs. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would do so. I have experienced them to be an honest, professional and efficient Company. They get the orders processed within a day, send emails right away confirming the receipt of your order and then another email a few days later with a tracking number.  The medications are the same exact ones sold in America. If there are any issues they respond immediately and correct any concerns you may have.  While they have numerous customer service staff answering the phones, I particularly recommend Laura as the best customer service person working there because she is extremely efficient and very smart at doing her job. Their prices are excellent and they will match prices of other online accredited Canadian pharmacies if their price is lower. It's a low stress, seamless way of saving a lot of money compared to the same enormously expensive prices of the same medications sold in America. Don't hesitate to buy your medications from Marks Marine Pharmacy not only because of all of the above but they are accredited as an official Canadian Pharmacy that licenses them, they have an actual brick and mortar pharmacy location and are not a mysterious call center such as some other places. Absolutely, hands down, the most courteous, professional and efficient staff I've ever had the pleasure of speaking with.  They handled getting my prescription, payment and other necessary information with great attention to detail and follow up!  I had the pleasure of working with Hussein and Katie...Absolutely lovely people.  I hate to compare, but I wish USA pharmacies had this much patience!  If I ever visit Canada which I intend t for sure, I will definitely stop in to say hello and THANKS!!!

I have had such positive experiences with Marks Marine Pharmacy.  More than positive...they have been very pleasant!  I spoke with Patrick today who was so polite and lovely; he took his time answering my questions and said something to the effect of "we want to be sure you get what you need and you are healthy."  After navigating the health care and pharmacy systems in Boston for several years I felt like I was on another planet.

This pharmacy is fantastic. The attention to detail and customer service, especially Patrick, is exceptional. Not only friendly and absolutely delightful, he has helped troubleshoot a problem that has required multiple phone calls and emails and has gone above and beyond to deliver top tier service. The follow up is impeccable, I think this pharmacy truly cares their patients and customers have what they need to maintain their quality of health.

Usually pharmacies are not the most pleasant places to deal with but Marks Marine Pharmacy is the exception to the rule. Not only do I save thousands of dollars over US prices, but I get to deal with the most pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful people imaginable. Hussein, Kayla and too many others to mention. They go out of their way to educate you, answer all your questions, return calls and emails promptly, and are just delightful to deal with. Highly recommend them! US - Pay attention to Canada! They are leaps and bounds ahead of us in every way imaginable!

After being prescribed glaucoma eye drops in the USA, the cost was not within our budget. Called Marks Marine and including the shipping I am able to save 75%. Ordering is stress-free, customer service is personal and extremely responsive. The attention to detail - such as ensuring the eye drops are shipped at correct temperatures - is spot-on. Marks Marine eased a big financial concern regarding my eye care.

Mark Marine Pharmacy has been a reliable and efficient experience throughout the 3 years of ordering my cats insulin shipped to New York City.
