Sequence Care Pharmacy

My mom has been the customer of this pharmacy for long. Then the management changed, and I hate how the new team treats the patients. My mother has low income and Pharmacare pays for a high percentage of her medications. For her pills she used to pay $25 per year. After the new pharmacist came, they wanted to charge her $60 only for three months. The pharmacist was really not nice to her. She told her that the new dispensing fees are in effect. She told her that the previous pharmacist has given her big discount, but they are not going to do this anymore. My mom did not have the money and needed pills, so she asked if they can give her just a few pills for a couple weeks and she pays for that portion. The pharmacist declined and said you need to still pay $60. I myself called the pharmacy and asked about the issue. They kept telling me that the previous guy used to give us big discount and he is gone. This argument does not make any sense. We never asked for discount. Anyway, I took my mom to another pharmacy and she again paid $25 for a whole year.
