Loblaw Pharmacy

I have been going to this place for more than 10 years. It used to be efficient but the past few years, the service is going down. Looks like they have a staffing issue and the set up needs to be improved. The line up to pick up the prescriptions are usually long especially at around 4 pm onwards. There should be a separate window for consultation so that the pick up line does not take long. Today, I came to drop off prescriptions. There was only 1 person who was just concentrating on attending to the pick up line regardless whether the person came after me. I waited for about 20 minutes before she attended to me in the drop off area. I was told that the other person is giving flu shots. Please fix your issues to better serve your customers. I gave 2 stars for the staff who are trying to do their best.

Rude and disrespectful attitude from the pharmacy “manager.” I was simply asking whether I needed a prescription for the medication. He didn’t even check my file.

The pharmacy is pretty good but staff make billing mistakes & at times I ask them to check again. They or supervisor find error & corrects.nI’m a kidney patient, about 6 weeks ago, this pharmacy asked me If I wanted to do a review of medications? I said, “Sure”. It was done & all was fine. My kidney GFR was 22.nRecently, my kidney took a dive & now is GFR 15, my Doctor said, here’s your lab report, take it to the pharmacy & have them review all your medications to see if the amount dosed is okay for your current kidney level.nSo I phoned pharmacy & mentioned that my kidney took a steep dip it’s now stage 5 GFR 16 & Doctor request pharmacy to review. Pharmacy said we just did a review not to long ago. I explained that yes but my kidney took a steep decline so we need to see if medications need adjustment. They said, sorry but we only do it every 6 months. I couldn’t believe I was denied.

I have been a customer for over 25 years and I went in to get a prescription filled after my eye surgery, they told me to come back in 4 hours because they were giving flu shots. I did not feel like they cared or that I was important!

Like this place! You can find all things hereI absolutely love Loblaw pharmacy! The staff are always so friendly and helpful, and they go above and beyond to make sure I have everything I need. They have a great selection of products, and their prices are always very competitive. I never have to wait long for my prescriptions to be filled, and they are always ready when I need them. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service and care I receive at Loblaw pharmacy.
