London Drugs at 2091 West 42nd Ave in Vancouver offers an outstanding computer department experience. Their staff is super helpful, especially when I needed assistance exchanging my iPhone battery. They provided patient and professional service, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free. All the staff members are incredibly friendly and eager to assist with any questions. The department also boasts a rich stock of computer accessories, ensuring you'll find what you need. Their selection of notebook computers is impressive, offering a range of options for various needs and budgets. Overall, it’s a fantastic place for tech needs with excellent customer service.

It's not worth even one star. I feel like I wasted my precious time. The precription was faxed from another London drug store at 11:50am and they had already spoken to them before to see if they had the medicine and that they would fax the prescription. They said it would take two hours to prepare it. So I came at 2:08pm and the medicine was not ready at all!!! No one had checked the faxed prescription. Furthermore, my daughter has pneumonia and needs antibiotics ASAP, I can't believe I wasted my time like this... I'm so angry. And I've been waiting more than 45 minutes for the medicine to come out. Almost an hour…..ha.

I recently visited London Drugs Store 10, and I was truly impressed by the exceptional customer service and support provided by the staff. Their friendly and professional approach made my experience enjoyable and memorable. It is clear that such remarkable service can only result from intelligent leadership and a strong, professional management team.

This is the worst pharmacy service i have ever received. My prescription was phoned in at 4pm, I went in at around 8pm and asked for it to be brought to the front desk as my knee made it painful to walk. The customer service staff was very helpful and got someone to take my medical card to the pharmacy. I waited and waited. Finally the desk clerk phoned the pharmacy, to hear that the prescription would be another 2 hrs and I had to walk to the back to fill out some form before I could get my prescription. I see that I am not the first to have this experience, so shame on you London Drugs for not fixing this problem. I will never use this pharmacy again and will advise others not to bother.
