So I went to this dealership to check out a car for a friend. First, I don’t usually like doing that because I rarely have positive experiences with sales people when they find out I’m not actually buying the car. However, Susana changed my mind on that. She was extremely welcoming and patient with me from the moment I arrived. Was very helpful showing me the Audi S3 for sale on the lot. When she had to go photocopy my driver’s license for the test drive, she came back out with a bottle of water for me. Just a great experience overall and I wasn’t even buying a car. Definitely recommend this place - and talk to Susana.

Farahaz was very polite and helpful, actually helped me choosing the right car in my budget. Hassle free experience,  no pressure at all from sales team , usually sales team in used car team pester you constantly to buy something , sales team showed me all the options and gave me enough time to choose the car. Khurshid from finance team was also helpful,  gave me best interest Rate and easy loan approval. I got Honda Civic 2015 at a really good deal. Thank you Farahaz and Markham Mitsubishi for making my first car purchase experience easy and hassle free.

Yesterday i called in to inquire for replacement breaks for my 2015 Mitsubishi lancer which i was happy to purchase at Markham Mitsubishi back then. I was passed on to 3 different person than the last person i talked to told me he will call me back. He never did so i called back to inquire again the next day. Spoke to a person on the phone, very disappointing conversation. First i told him what happened and yet no apologies coming from him. Second, not very pleasant to talk to over the phone. The one thing i like here before is good service , friendly personnel and better deals which i did not get . I guess not anymore.. At the end just ended the call disappointed.  I was a customer for many years and also purchase my car here. Never experienced this bad service before in Markham Mitsubishi. I was planning to purchase an  SUV here since i got my car Lancer but after this unpleasant experience . Not a chance..  Response to owner: I appreciate the quick reply . however I did email Mr.khan general manager unfortunately as expected no response coming from him. I guess Markham Mitsubishi lacks hard word and professionalism. No appreciation with loyal customers.Anyways don't want to waste anymore of my time, its obviously not worth it. Just avoid this branch as much as possible.

Having just completed the purchase of a Sienna from Markham Mitsubishi, I was impressed with their level of professionalism, customer care and attention to detail, particularly through our dedicated sales executive, Jackie who we dealt with exclusively. He was more than generous with his time and took us through the process end to end and answered all our questions. We really appreciated the open and honest approach and can commend the high level of customer service and stress-free experience. Buying a car should be a fun and exciting experience, and thanks to Jackie and Manager Dominic Chow, for that.Thanks to Markham Mitsubishi !

Recently bought an Outlander 2017 from this dealership. Staff was very warm and were happy to earn a customer by extending all the possible benefits during the purchase process!  Grace from sales team is a very polite and professional individual. She is very responsive and looks out for her customers.  The staff is very friendly and their leader "Dr.Chow" is a wonderful individual. His handling of this deal assured me that I am dealing with transparent people.  Very happy experience and I will recommend Mitsubishi and Markham dealership to my friends and family!

Markham Mitsubishi has the most professional and understanding/helpful staff I've ever come across. As a first time car buyer, I found my experience so simple and stress free! They listen and attend to all your questions with genuine interest/concern. Also at the end of the day you will leave with an amazing reliable ride and the all time awesome experience! Definitely recommend to go and visit for your next car purchase : I purchased a used Sienna from them which was really in good shape at a great price compared with other dealers.

Staff was very enthusiastic and were pleased to earn me as a customer by extending all paths and option for myself during this purchase process! Dominic Chow is the best car sales manager I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Chow doesn't play any games which makes buying a car a swift and easy process. I laid out the price I wanted to pay and he was very direct with me regarding whether he could meet my price expectations. I walked away with a nice car. I'll be sending all of my family and friends to Jan in the future.By the way jackie the sales executive who helped me was super cool customer friendly ! Overall I am a happy customer of Markham Mitsubishi !

I was very pleasantly surprised at the level of professionalism I encountered at Markham Mitsubishi with the recent purchase of my car. My contact was with Jackie who was very professional at all times and I didn't feel like I was being oversold or lied to which can be the case when purchasing a car. Whenever something wasn't clear, jackie sort the knowledge of others and reported back to me promptly. Overall very pleasant experience and I would recommend purchasing a car through manager chow and his team and their dealership.
