Markham is horrible at coordinating construction and managing traffic lights which leads to Traffic-Grid-Lock and inefficient use of roads. For instance, Enterprise Blvd is construction dense due to new building developments. At the top of mind is the "curb-side work" on Enterprise. NO ONE can understand why it's essential to block out a FULL LANE (in an already HIGHLY CONGESTED AREA) during BOTH the AM and PM RUSH HOUR for pretty much 3-5 weeks (even though they were ONLY working on a TINY STRIP of the road). Could you not OPEN UP all lanes for JUST 2 hours during the MORNING RUSH HOUR (at the Very Least)? If you average it out, IT MUST HAVE taken 3-full-days to repair a Square-Foot of Road!!! At least that's how it looks like to neighbour drivers. Pretty sure "The Team" in charge of Markham road constructions is "ASLEEP AT THE SWITCH"!!! OMG!!!

My complaint goes to the officiant only. Everything else has been great! For my wedding this year, the officiant was too preoccupied with making jokes and all, missed an important signature from my witness even after I asked whether she has everything she needed for the paper work. So 4 days later, she demand us to go back for the signature at work hrs. I could not spare from my work that week, so we mailed the package back and forth. It caused quite a bit trouble for us while traveling, and also delay the marriage certification process for about 1 week. We are now 10 weeks after the wedding day, and still have not received the marriage certificate, where the government's website says only takes between 6-8 weeks.

Went to see the Bare Naked Ladies with a friend. It was a lot of fun! Got some really cool hot chocolate, too.

Pathetic place, especially the IT department. The head Naser Kenea is highly prejudiced. Also he made a mess of the web site. I used to be able to easily google swim times but not since that dumb IBM scam of a portal. Also you can't even send an email larger than 6 mb. That is two lousy cell phone photos! Plus the search function on the web site doesn't work. They should clean house and for once, start from the top.
