The venue's not bad, but it took time to change things around for the wedding reception, dinner and dance.

I have mixed feelings about this venue. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous and affordable. It was a great one stop shop for our wedding. We were able to get ready there, get married and have our reception there which really was great. We were overly impressed with the staff since the change over. It used to be run by a woman who lived on site and was clearly in love with the job. Now, its run by the city of Markham and the employees didn't appear to be thrilled with their jobs. There was a lot of conflicting information between the coordinator and day staff. Worse, there was a lot of conflict between the venue and our vendors. If we were just rating the service and not the actual building, we would give a 2 star rating. Having said all that, I would get married at this location all over again, its beauty is remarkable
