Big thank you to Sam who recently helped me with my purchase. She was extremely knowledgeable about the products and helped me pick a new pair of boots and a few other things. I have had no issue breaking in the boots.
Sale items were in stock. Easy in and out no issues. Cashier was quick and friendly.
I enjoy the quality of the clothing. I normally make my purchases during promotions or clearance items. I do find the original prices to be beyond my budget. Being able to use the triangle ctc credit card is fabulous, I can use my ctc money towards my purchase and also take advantage of the equal payment, no interest plan is a great help in managing my budget. Thanks Marks and CTC.
Staff are great, ordered a bunch of stuff on black Friday and they helped me change sizes and exchange which seemed like it would be a huge headache but it really wasn't and they were quite helpful
They currently allow in store shopping. Limit of 20 people allowed in store. Only 5 or so in there when I was there. Staff were friendly and helpful. Clearing out some of the winter stock so there were a few deals but limited size selection on some sale items. They have dog high visibility safety vests which I was happy to see so many dogs are hard to see after dark - would be great if more dogs had these on at night!.

First time visit to this store. Clean, bright and well laid out. Lots of stock, but did have a challenge finding my size. A shout out to carry more lined jeans for winter!
Usually nice, professional looking clothes. I sometimes have the issue of not being able to find certain styles in sizes that are small enough to fit me though. Lots of sales throughout the year, so you seldom pay full price for everything you buy.
doesn't carry much for extra tall or extra long for growing youth which in this community you would think Mark's would want to carry the neighborhood weds instead we all drive to Ottawa for big and tall such a shame
I haven’t had customer service so excellent in a long time. Friendly staff. Will go again.
