Dealing with Dina and The Best Adirondack Chair Company was truly a Five Star Experience.  We started working on our order in the fall for delivery in the Spring of 2022. We spent a lot of time researching various Adirondack/Muskoka Chair companies and we settled on "The Best Adirondack Chair Co." because it had the best quality design and build.  We ordered 6 chairs including 2 Rockers, 2 Recliners, 2 Regular Chairs, along with two footrests and a small table. We were able to size the chairs to the exact measurements for my wife and I...she got the small chairs and I got the large ones with the extra wide armrests.  A big piece of the puzzle was selecting the IPE Brazilian Hardwood. This turned out to be a great decision as you can feel just how dense and sturdy this wood is by its weight. The design is excellent as the chairs can fold up to be easily stacked and stored for cold Alberta winters. This is the type of quality furniture that will hold up forever and you can pass it on from one generation to the next.  Delivery of the furniture was a breeze. It showed up on time and packed in such a way as to protect it from any damage. All the chairs except the Rockers were assembled. They all just unfolded like a piece of Japanese Origami...it's genius! The Rockers merely required a few screws on the bottom rocker blades and that was it.  We thoroughly enjoyed dealing with Dina and "The Best Adirondack Chair Company." If you're looking for a high-quality chair with an eye-catching, comfortable design, then this is the place to go for a Five Star experience.

I love this company! Before ordering I contacted the company and had a wonderful discussion with Dina.  I made my purchase a year ago last February 2021! I knew at the time that my purple chair was not in stock and I would be waiting a bit for it. However, my other three chairs, lime green, bright orange and Aruba Blue arrived within a week. I was so impressed with the quality and vibrant color of my chairs. The chairs are so comfortable. My sister told me that she is unable to get out of Adirondack chairs but I knew she wouldn't have that problem with these. She finally came for a visit and I was right. No problem being sunk so low you can't get up. These chairs are of very high quality and very sturdy, nothing like I might buy from other companies. I love the carefree material and the ease with which these fold. My chairs are precious to me and I like to fold them and put them out of sight while I am away from home. Last August I heard from Dina that it might be spring before they could get the purple plastic. I was given many options but I said that purple is my favorite color and I chose to wait as long a necessary. I called them about three weeks ago just to touch base. At that time, Heather told me it might be June before I get the chair but she promised I would get it by summer. I still decided to wait.  Well, I just came home from spring break and my purple chair was waiting for me! It is everything and more than I had hoped for. The purple is beautiful and adds that extra pop of color to my other three chairs. I love it so much I just ordered a second purple chair. I wish I had listened to Heather and ordered a second one a month ago. It doesn't matter to me that I might be waiting again for a few months. I know it is well worth the wait.

First time we purchase tree chairs. We enjoyed the comfort so much and we had so many compliments for the colour Patriot Blue. Then we bought three other chairs and a couple of ottoman. We have upgraded our lake side a lot and are very happy with our chairs that we can leave all year long outside. We also have to say that the customer service is exceptional. I checked out many options when searching for real wood Adirondack chairs, especially foldable ones.  Their product looked impressive and they responded to questions promptly. Had to wait a couple months for them to arrive, but it was worth the wait! They arrived well packaged, came with hardware and tools that worked well, instructions that were understandable and they were easy to assemble. The finished product is stunning! The craftsmanship is obvious and the customer service outstanding! Looking forward to years of enjoyment!

Over the past 2 years, we have purchased 2 Rockers and 4 Royal Chairs, along with a number of tables and ottomans, in 2 different finishes clear cedar caramel and knotted cedar light. Everything is beautiful, super-high quality, and we just ordered 2 Reclining chairs.  On top of how great the chairs themselves are with minimal maintenance, I suspect they will last close to forever, customer service is simply outstanding. We have them at a lake cottage on an island that is difficult to deliver to; their team worked with us to make sure delivery worked within rules on our end, and couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. While lead times to get the chairs after you order are longer than normal something out of their control, that is easily managed by ordering early and having them hold until you are ready to take delivery.  As others have noted, while the chairs are at the pricier end, the quality is well worth it and the chairs will last and last.  Can’t recommend highly enough.

If you are in the market for Adirondack chairs, then look no further. 8 years ago, I purchased 2 Adirondack chairs from The Best Adirondack Chair company. It was an excellent decision as these chairs are of high quality, comfortable and durable. I actually just contacted the Company again and will be adding two my original purchase and placing an order for 2 more. I highly recommend the chairs. Thank you!

5-stars for the Best Adirondack Chair company. Got excellent service from Dina and we truly enjoy our new chairs. Got two reclinables with the ottomans, the headrest cushions and a small table. With the reclining, the ottomans and the headrests, we are so comfortable. We now spend way more time outside as it's so easy to spend long, relaxing times in our chairs.

I have purchased quite a few "wood" Adirondack chairs over the years.  These are the first I have found in a long time that are really solid and well designed.  The chairs are also very easy to assemble, and I was impressed how quickly they were shipped given all the supply chain issues the world is experiencing.

Love the chairs.  Great customer service and craftmanship.  Rare find these days.  Highly recommended!  I purchased a chair for my father and he is ecstatic!
