Dislike the staff there went there with a couple carts of empties and got sent back out and told I was able to only return one. Have done the same in ottawa and they said nothing and took the empties.

Tired of dealing with this local beer store. I have never had issues returning empties where I grew up stittsville/ kanata, but here the staff is lazy. 40 min before closing and oh I brought to many. Really, come on Kemptville get your head straight and do a job like everyone els. Brutal.

Our sports teams have done several bottle drives with this location and they are nothing short of AMAZING. They are extremely friendly and efficient.

The outside of the store makes you think that there is a unique retail experience inside. However, the selection is limited and the in-store design is basic.
