Went to Mark's just before Christmas for some presents and was surprised because I forgot how large this store was. They had great sales and their shoes and clothing are of great quality, I remembered they last a very long time. I bought some beautiful classy and casual sweaters and a new pair of winter boots which we had to exchange for a different size after Christmas. I just wanted to say that each time the customer service experience was fantastic, they greet you when you walk in, they're very pleasant to interact with and extremely helpful. An all around great experience! It's definitely a go to store for us now.
Smaller store doesn't have a wide range of a selection as the Cambridge. Barely any Helly Hansen selection of which most have to be ordered online. The staff is friendly and willing to help out. The store is not that busy, and overall, it's a quick trip in and out. If you are looking for anything specific, I would recommend calling in advance.
Why doesn't Mark Work Warehouse have shopping carts? I need a cart for my purse and all the clothes I want to try on. Very inconvenient to carry items around the store.
Great selection of well priced, quality outdoor clothing and shoes. Great selection of gear for anyone in the trades. Their prices are excellent and they frequently offer sales.
