The environment is super inviting and charming! The staff is helpful and aware of your outfit needs! They are able to help you create outfits for a night out with the girls that can be translated to a night out or packed for a vacation. They have a passion for what they sell and it comes out in your experience in their shop. Their suggestions and enthusiasm leaves you feeling confident in what you have purchased. They respond quickly to inquiries and social media questions.  They are hands on, efficient and a wonderful addition to Waterloo!

Great little boutique to get what you need when you need it. From clothing to hygienic products. Uni + koncept delivers exceptional customer service in a prime location for all clients to feel treated with the best experience possible. The styles can range from vintage to modern very easily with their seasonal collection and sales that come year around. If you have time to spend waiting or need a new outfit for an outing, look no further!

Such a gorgeous boutique and exactly what Waterloo needed. The owner has pulled such great brands, some that I've never seen before and I'm obsessed! Such an adorable lifestyle boutique and they have something for everyone!
