Maria's Taste Of Italy

Fantastic Italian food in a quaint little restaurant that the "locals" seem to know only too well. My wife and I ate from the large portions and took some home in a box, anxious to once again taste the goodness in a day or two as we will savor our "leftovers" with the same vigor we ate with tonight. We lived in Italy for 3 years, and I'm here to tell you that most of what we ate was as good as being in a little local restaurant in downtown Naples. Give them a try...you won't be disappointed.

Really good Italian food. I ordered stuffed shells and my son had the Sicilian pasta. Served with bread sticks and salad. Our waitress, Sarah, was very nice and helpful.

Great place for Italian. You can even have them make a lasagna in your own dish to take home and cook yourself for guests/events. Excellent.

The food was pretty good. Staff was a bit careless. They were busy and every time a the hostess passed by me she bumped my chair pretty hard. Maybe the place is too small.

This restaurant was open the day after Labor Day and I was craving pasta for dinner. My entree consisted of crab, muscle, shrimp, and pasta. My friend had the buttered shrimp with gluten-free pasta. We both enjoyed our meals. The salad was a little lacking, but I've never had a fantastic salad at a restaurant. A decent atmosphere and a little out of the way (good) will definitely go again next time I'm in South Haven.
