Story

Since we opened our first restaurant in Boardman, OH, in 1964, we’ve been serving quality meats on handcrafted sandwiches. We call this transformation from a cut of meat to a delicious sandwich “Meatcraft™”, and our dedication to Meatcraft™ informs every decision we make. From the sandwiches we serve to our curly fries, shakes and sides, everything we do is in service to the meats. It’s why we get to work every morning at 8 a.m. even though we don't open until 11. Good food takes time to prepare, and we’re happy to put in the time to make your meal great.

Never eat there again. Sandwich was cold and the bun was hard. Definitely not worth $5, About 2 hours later, I poo my pants And then almost twice a half hour later. Now I know why the place looked empty.
It isn't the cleanest inside.nWe weren't greeted not even a smile he just took our order.nI asked if we could get mayo on our sandwich & he reached into a tray under counter & slid 2 mayo packets across the counter.nnWe ordered the beef & cheddar - hardly any cheddar. The fries crinkle cut were cold.nnThe beef & cheddar were not warm either.nnWe said we should have gotten 2 sliders or gone to McDonalds. Not good at all.nnNo return.nnA 2 star is generous
I’m really disappointed that this location in South Haven, Michigan didn’t do anything for Veterans Day. This day is meant to honor and show appreciation for the men and women who’ve served our country, and it was upsetting to see no effort made at all not even a small acknowledgment or discount for veterans. It shows a real lack of respect and awareness. Hopefully next year they’ll do better.
The chicken sandwich was okay, But the curly fries were well done! The employee was super friendly and talked very nicely! The good service and tasty fries made the experience enjoyable.
I had gone to Wendy's off of Phoenix rd to get food but the lobby was closed which was fine. I had asked if I can stand at the mic to order or stand at the windows as the vehicle i was driving was a schoolbus and was denied basically being told that if I wanted food from there to bring the bus through the drive thru which wouldn't fit without damage. I called this arby store up and explained my situation and even knowing that the lobby was closed the lady on phone told me that she has absolutely no issue with it and said that if I bring the bus and park she would open the doors so I can come in and order. She showed that people out there do respect professional drivers and 10/10 would recommend more truck drivers and bus drivers to come to this location.
