Margaree Riverview Inn

Only stayed a night so not a lot of experience there. I stayed at the motel and had 2 rooms. The rooms were larger than expected really nice and had a well equipped kitchen. Unfortunately I wasn't there long enough to make use of all the amenities. We scoped out the pool and the trampoline which looked good, but we were off to the beach and the next day to the Cabot Trail. I would recommend staying here.

Greatest deal for our family. $75/night. Very clean, spacious. For this budget price was expected old stained carpets, etc but new flooring. Loved the game room, had fun time. Pool table, ping pong fooseball. Trampoline and play area for children. Would definitely return.

Cheap, clean, provided the essentials when there was no where else to go. If you want comfort, style, and features go elsewhere. Our visit was memorable for all the wrong reasons.

We stayed here because every other town south of the national park was full. There is a window on the front door with glass blinds that can only be closed as much as thick blinds can close, so if it's freezing at night you will probably freeze too. Any passerby can also very clearly eavesdrop. The washroom does not have a ventilation system so it remains forever humid; the clogged shower head spraying water onto the floor didn't help either. Minimal counter space As other reviews mentioned, lots of bugs in the room from earwigs to your assorted beetles and bedbugs. The plain white walls and sterile lighting made the room feel non-homey There's only 4 TV channels and the shelving was mishappened and nonfunctional

A modest inn located in the perfect place for those who wish to explore the Cabot Trail. Good people, reasonable rates and a nice view of the trail winding off into the distance.
