This place is magical. The ocean is tropical in temperature. On a perfect night go swimming to see bioluminescence light up around you or get to the bluff for sunrise or sunset for breathtaking views. One of a kind.

Loved this place! Stayed at a bunch of campsites around the Cabot Trail, this one was by far the nicest and where the showers and washrooms were the cleanest. We were here during low season (september) so that helped to get a nice campsite and some privacy. The beach is spectacular. Would absolutely come back. Beware, they are very strict on the 10km per hour rule!

What are previous reviewers thinking? Very fair pricing for where you are. You are overlooking a very large beach with mountain views -just look at these photos! Plus remember Canada has higher taxes than US. Staff was very nice and offered places to go, things to do, etc. There are a number on seasonals, so there will be neighbors on both sides. All are cordial and friendly. Centrally located to food, Cabot trail, etc. Washrooms are clean, water has good pressure and is hot. Showers are free. All of the campers/RV's are found together with no separation, but there is plenty on grassy areas to walk in addition to a large beach. Watch out: the last 2-3 miles are gravel into the campground. You may wish to disconnect any tow vehicle before the turn. The road is well maintained for gravel, but your car will get filthy. Love this place-a gem.
