It’s a small Rona but has all the important things. The staff there is always helpful

This is a very well equipped store. It is bright with nice lighting unlike other big box stores that depend a lot on skylights. The shelves are full and the selection of different qualities colors and sizes helps the decision making.

Went to inquire about adding new paint to an existing can of paint I have. The girl behind the counter gave me attitude. Like I am supposed to know what the different codes mean on the cans. Told her that with her help I am going to learn something today while looking at unpicked up discounted orders to which she replied, those are already colored paints, without a friendly tone.nThe week before today, I went to buy a thermostat, they only had two models. Left empty handed.nAfter 26 years of being a customer at that location, I am not going back...nIt certainly does not match the prior customer service when it was a Marcil store... Parking lot is becoming obviously more deserted with each passing day. It's too bad, this hardware store is close to my house.

I called to know if they had a product and I asked the price. They told me they did and told me they couldn't give me the price over the phone! I get there and I ask them again as I enter and it was like taking to a wall! They made me repeat after telling me they weren't listening.... I was looking you straight in the eyes and i was standing right infront of you! All this to get there and they don't have what I was looking for. If called for the information it's so that I don't need to go where I don't need to be! I have a newborn and I don't like going out for nothing. Also not supplying your prices when asked is nonsense
