Marble Slab Creamery

I was quite excited when I saw this location as I didn't know there was one there. I wasn't greeted by either of the youth staff working there. Once I decided what I wanted and looking very forward to it I stood at the counter waiting for the staff to get up from sitting on the counter texting on his phone. When he relectunatly acknowledged me with a head nod no words I asked for my ice cream. Dragging his feet, he put my ingredients on the slab, mixed it in and voila - my Marble Slab ripple on a waffle cone! As soon as it was in my hand it was already melting. The ice cream was soft. After about 3 min I could no longer eat it because it was near liquid. I tossed it, a complete waste. Most Marble Slabs are not like this, what they do at this location is they keep the temperature of the ice cream warmer so that it is softer and easier to mix with the other ingredients you want. Normally it takes quite a bit of effort to mix hard cold ice cream, by keeping the temperature warmer in the coolers they don't have to exert as much effort. Based on the attitude of the staff there it didn't surprise me. In retrospect I should have asked for my money back. Don't go to this Marble Slab, but don't let it keep you away from going to Marble Slab which is normally a delicious, creamy treat at over $6 for a serving it should be!

Used to love coming here and wanted to remember how good it was so decided to go out on a whim… we walked in the store and got ignored by both staff members. After ordering and asking if they still take stamp cards, the cashier replied that it was already paid for and can only add points for my stamp in a rude manner. I don’t understand the logic there, you were manually adjusting the points to account for my stamp but couldn’t add in for the icecream that were JUST paid for? The most frustrating part was that the icecream was served melted and they cheaped out on the toppings. Also disappointing that our strawberries and brownies were huge chunks not mixed in the icecream which is the whole point of marble slab?!? I’m appalled by the service and product delivered at this location, I will never be returning back. These teens need to have some respect or else they should just lose their jobs and work at McDonald’s to learn basic customer service skills.

The most terrible experience. Ordered a mini ice cream cake through Uber eats and received a note saying they don’t sell mini cakes and the associate put a slab of ice cream on a jagged piece of cut out cardboard with some nuts on top and the note said please accept this as an alternative. They absolutely ruined my husbands birthday and should be ashamed to give customers that.

It was such a pleasant experience to talk to them over the phone to submitting online order. They call to confirm, go over all the details again and make sure to get your order right the first time. I will order the ice cream cake again, everyone loved the flavor.

The staffs were friendly and kind, the icecream was tasty. I love this icecream cuz i can choose a lot of flavors but i hope its better to use gloves when they mix the icecream..

The owner of this franchise should really be embarrassed. The recent reviews are absolutely accurate with respect to the cleanliness of the store or lack there of. Employees are sitting on the counters, the store itself is very dirty, and I was served melted ice cream in a cone after the employee put his bare hands all over it. I was really grossed out the more I processed what I experienced and ended up throwing my ice cream away. The owner/manager of this franchise should really take more pride in their store. This location used to be excellent but seems to be a product of negligence now. Sad.

Directing this to the owner... One of your staff dropped the ice cream scooper on the floor, then picked it up like nothing happened. He asked what id like and I responded with, your going to clean that, right? He then said I did, I rinsed it. Which was impossible considering I was standing right there. I guess he got confused. He then took the dirty utensil and rinsed it in the bowl with the other utensils. I asked him politely to use soap. It seemed like a big deal, so I asked just not to use those utensils. He then put them back in the rinse bowl and got new items. Anyhow. Pretty gross. You have children running your store and you should have someone there to better represent you. And the store is filthy. No one cleans it. Tables and floor are sticky and a mess.

I have gone in multiple times to this location as my daughter loves Marble Slab. The last 3 times we have gone, I’ve had a disappointed kid leave without ice cream as they never seem to have strawberries to mix in the ice cream. The worst part is we wait in line for over 15 mins and it’s only when we let them know what we want is when we are told they don’t have them. Maybe a sign would be better to inform the customers of what you have run out of. Also, there is a Walmart in the same plaza, I don’t see why one of the employees couldn’t go purchase some from there. The place never seems clean.

Ordered on skip. The two bags of "freshly popped" popcorn were dated September 2020. They are either half a year old or expired half a year ago. Unfortunately, only checked for a date after thinking it was stale and tasted like chemicals. Felt really sick after... You guys shouldn't be labelling it fresh and selling expired food.

Ice cream was really good but I think that average age of the employees there were around 18 so they were not cleaning the marble where they make the ice cream I remember before they clean the marble each time they make an Ice-cream on it well even though the age of the staff shouldn't effect the quality of the service but the slab where they mix the icecream was not cleaned at all I will go there again and will post pictures to prove my point.And as you can see from other reviews they complained regarding the cleaningness of the place so you should look in to this instead of defending your staff this for sure effect the brand value .
