I store all my camping gear here. The place is always super clean and the staff is super friendly! I've never had an issue with my unit or dealing with anything else. The installations are amazing and very secure. If I need anything the customer service of this location is the best and a joy to talk with. I would recommend this location if you need extra space at home to store anything.

I received prompt, efficient and courteous service when I went rent a storage locker at the Port Coquitlam Public Storage site. All the clauses in the agreement were explained fully. The rental units are well maintained and clean, seem to be very secure and best of all affordable! The manager is very professional and friendly and goes out of his way to make sure you are happy with your unit and that all is well. Terrific person! I will recommend these storage units at this location.

Needed storage for my motorcycles. I just showed up to their location as the Google Reviews were excellent. I got 5 star service. Tissa was there to get me all setup, knew exactly what I needed at the lowest possible cost. I highly recommend this location to store stuff. Insured, secure, no contract, no hassle. Easy to deal with.

True to form as recommended by a close friend, we were kindly greeted by Tissa the manager and his wife. He guided us wisely in the choice of storage and accommodated our need for a larger unit on moving day. We are very grateful for all his help and peace of mind. We would not hesitate to recommend him and Public Storage whomever need storage for short or long term.

Very accommodating and organized. I appreciated how easy it was to rent a locker on short notice and both moving in and moving out was made easy. Never had any issues with gate access and I really appreciated the level of security and even got a call when I changed my own padlock

They were helpful over the phone, making useful suggestions and offering to hold the unit for me. I was on the road for 9 hours and I didn’t think I’d make it there on time. They stayed open for me as I pulled in right at closing time and just couldn’t have been nicer. The units are clean and easy to access while still being secure. I highly recommend Public Storage in Port Coquitlam.

I found Public Storage in Port Coquitlam through Yelp reviews and would recommend their service. The people are friendly and the storage units are clean with easy access and fairly priced. I stored furniture and household items for 18 months and everything was in the same condition as I had stored it.

The staff at the Port Coquitlam storage were fabulous to deal with efficient, friendly and helpful. The insane monthly rental price and the call center interactions are the reason for the loss of a star. Once you talk to the PoCo staff you feel confident your unit contents are safe and care is taken to keep the buildings clean and pest free.

For starter's, the people who run the place are some of the nicest people I've ever met in my life..the facility is well secured your belongings are 100% safe here...they take care of there buisness grounds, it is very clean and they make sure every night that all the lockers are secured properly.. i would recommend them if you need a storage unit and i myself would definitely repeat buisness with this public storage facility... thank you for letting me be your customer..

Very easy to book online. Everyone was friendly when i went to check the locker. Everything was really clean and well kept. Easy access with convenient hours and very secure.
