Worst customer service I have ever experienced! I had an appointment to have a hitch installed; showed up at my time only to be asked it anyone had called me because they don't have the hitch. I asked when they would have it and all he said was that he didn't know. No phone call, no email. The two customers who were in line before me also seemed to have nothing but problems. One had to cancel his reservation also. I cancelled my appointment and will take the advice of someone else here who recommended E&H Hitch. Thanks for the advice.

Like being jerked around six ways to Sunday? Then this is the company for you. Optional insurance? NOT! They won't refund even if you bring it back sooner than expected, kiss your money goodbye but they won't tell you that up front. Why should we pay for insuring a vehicle on their lot? Ludicrous and absolutely insulting! Staff go out of their way to rip you off. Same reservation, three quotes, two amounts, $1300 & $2400.

I reserved a 5x10 storage unit a week prior to needing it. When I arrived the day of, I was told the unit was not available and all that was was a 5x5, which would not suit my needs. They checked another Uhaul storage location that didn't have any units available, but one in Delta did. When asked if they could put the unit on hold until after I checked if there were any other businesses closer that had a 5x10 available, I was told I could not reserve and that the units are on a first-come-first-serve basis, adding more frustration and confusion to my moving day. How are families supposed to plan their moving and storage needs on a first come first serve basis? Very frustrating and unreliable. The cargo van I rented was fine, but I'm pretty sure they're a little liberal with their guide to refueling the vehicle (you'll fill more/pay more than you should).

First time availing their service. Excellent customer experience in my opinion and staff are nice. Transaction is smooth and didn't had any problem

If I could give no stars, I would. I was charged twice for the service and I called them to let them know and they told me it was a hold. I told them repeatedly that it was not a hold but they told me to wait. 4 business days later, I call them and they tell me AGAIN it was a hold, so I call my bank and they say that it is indeed a CHARGE. I call them back and get bounced around 3 times and told each time that it is just a hold. When I get the third person who is in customer service, I told her that Uhaul has stolen from me and I won't get off the phone until this is resolved. Customer service has just tried 3 times to get a hold of the manager at this location and still can't. So now I will have to start calling every 5 minutes until I do get a hold of them. This is the only "professional" rental moving company in Surrey, if I knew that they were this shady then I would have hired someone off of Craigslist. I would not ever rent here unless you want to have your money stolen, have to talk to 10 different people to simply rent a vehicle and be met with the worst customer service known to humankind. I've been treated better at Mcdonald's
