Maple Leaf Self Storage Commercial Dr.

We have rented storage facilities before in other cities but this Maple Leaf Storage operation is the best one we have ever experienced. The place is always clean and we frequently see cleaners going around picking up while we are there. There's an impressive security system in use and we have never seen anyone suspicious on the premises. There are always carts available and we have never had to wait more than 30 seconds for an elevator. The staff is helpful, friendly, and very professional. We have changed lockers three times now as our needs have grown, and each time the staff has been very helpful: showing us potential new spaces, explaining the cost differences, and helping us make the most economical choice for our needs. The only downside to this place is that it could be a little closer to our home. ; As storage goes, in my experience, this place is as good as it gets.

Love this MLSS location for storing my work stuff. It’s great how they handle all the courier deliveries and the staff are always super helpful with solving problems. Like recently when I needed to upgrade to a larger sized locker, they were able to quickly get me a larger unit and even though I couldn’t move in right away they held the new unit and accommodated my timeline. Nothing but good vibes from the team here.

Staff are friendly and informative facility is very clean and well organized. Well equipped with everything you need for your move. Hand carts are provided to take your things up to storage lockers via elevators conveniently placed at the loading dock very happy with my experience here.

Great, friendly service. I've stored stuff with them for 2 years. When I moved from a big locker to a smaller one they credited me what I'd already pre-paid to the smaller, cheaper locker, saving me about $100. The place is really clean and the staff are helpful. They have some things like shring wrap, packing tape etc for sale in the lobby in case you need it.

This was the first time using any Storage Services and I was extremely pleased with the facilities and staff at Maple Leaf Self Storage. The location was easy to get to, access to my storage lockers was convenient, and I always felt secure coming in/out to get my items as I needed to. Before selecting this location, I visited a number of other competitors but none were as good as this location. The indoor covered space for loading/unloading cannot be underestimated. I would 100% use their services again in the future if I needed to and have no problems recommending it to anyone else as well.

This is a secure, tidy & professionally-operated storage operation. Their charges are reasonable. I've used them a couple of times. Recommended.

Amazing space, I just moved to vancouver and the staff here were incredibly helpful in many ways. The facility is gorgeous, the level of security is very reassuring, the staff is so wonderful and there is free coffee and cookies in the lobby! I love the fact that it's a covered entryway, great for organizing my van when it's pouring rain outside!
