We are an independent fully Canadian owned and operated business.

Service and prices are the best! I checked about 3 places in Vancouver and this was the best choice I found. If I need the service in the future, I will definitely go back to Guardian! Recommended 100%. Miriam took care of my contract and she is an awesome agent . Thanks again!

There are so many things wrong with this U-Haul rental location: 1) The driveway they keep the van in is difficult to find and extremely steep and tight. It's easy to see why the vehicle has scratches all over it. 2) Poor customer service - no one does a walk around of the vehicle with you. The tank is not full and the vehicle is dirty. The lady who initially processed my rental later claimed that she does not work on the U-Haul side of things, and the U-Haul representative David Chen, who was extremely rude, threatened to charge my credit card unilaterally when we had a dispute about return time. 2) Be careful if you choose to forgo insurance for U-haul truck rentals here. David tried to charge me $200 for a scratch that was pre-existing, requiring me to file a dispute claim that I eventually won. What a headache. Make sure to take careful documentation, or better yet, choose a different location to rent from that doesn't engage in underhanded practices - there are plenty nearby.

Friendly and helpful stuff, willing to tweak their solutions based on special requests, excellent location, much better price than U-Haul or other storage places. Easy access with car close to the storage lockers.
