The guy that works behind the desk (named Jun) is super friendly and very easy going. He helped me out with everything from the lease to walking all the way across the lot, up the elevator and to my actual storage unit. Very kind of him, he wanted to make sure that everything was 100% and that i understood all about using storage units seeing as its my first time. I would totally recommend him to someone and on top of everything i also managed to snag a 3 month promotional offer where my unit is 50% off for the first three months. Pretty great.

I came to this storage locker very last minute my landlord refused to give me keys or answer my phone calls so on moving day I requested a 5 x 10 unit. They gave me a unit for very very cheap on promotion and were extremely professional and friendly and accommodating especially after being taken advantage of in my commercial lease with my previous landlords. Ronald and Jun we epic - and I mean Epiiiic - super helpful and they showed me the unit and went out of their way to make sure all of my stuff would fit in the unit I selected!!

Everything went fine renting the locker. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. However, in the first week of renting the locker, I loaded up a truck and went to the facility to unload in the evening, but well before the posted closed hours. The gate was broken. No one to call, all number went to voicemail. I ended up having to drive home and unload the entire truck. Very frustrating.

Friendly people, great + clean facility, and the booking procedure is very easy. No complain so far other than I am hoping that the access hour is later than 10pm. Jun, Runald and Michael were very helpful during my first renting a storage experience. Truly recommend this location! :)
