Great service. Gary who answered the phone drew me in with his great personality. The walk through to see the different sized lockers was very entertaining. Nice and clean, wash your car while you're here!

After moving into a tiny Vancouver apartment with no storage, I needed to make my first venture into the world of storage facilities. I couldn't be happier with Storguard! I called and received amazing service over the phone from Gary - he gave me clear details on the many different options to meet my specific needs and said he could get me into a unit that same day. The prices were by far the best that I had seen in the city for what I needed, and I like that they offer so many different unit sizes. Gary was so great to work with and provided exceptional service once I arrived at the facility. I was signed up, unloaded (appreciate the easy unloading bay) , into the unit and driving away within 45 minutes. The location is convenient, and facility is clean and bright. Thank you Gary and Storguard!

I was travelling around BC state and I'm from Australia so I didn't have a working phone. Wasn't an issue at all, David was a legend and provided me with everything I needed to know, re sizes, location, price etc. Awesome service, great communication. The facility is well managed, clean and very straightforward to use. Very happy.

Last year I checked out quite a few local storage facilities. Storguard on Terminal had the best rates, options on sizes of units and convenient location. The manager was very easy to deal with. The facility is clean with plenty of equipment and a covered loading area (which is great in Vancouver!). A minor quibble is the lack of evening hours.

Fantastic service from beginning to end. It took them no time at all to setup my reservation over the phone. This is a first class facility with around the clock security, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and great prices. They also sell packing supplies here, and have a sister company, Ace Moving, that provides top notch service. I thoroughly recommend Storguard to anyone looking for a storage solution.
