Tastes really good. Price is on the high side for a drink, but the taste is good. This specific location is in a weird plaza when you enter. The shop has a nice feeling when you enter and the staff is friendly. I would definitely go back. Only reason for three stars is because of the location and the pricing. But don't be discouraged in buying only if you are willing to pay the price and don't mind the broken down looking plaza.
Great dessert place. If you enjoy fresh fruits then for sure you’ll really like this place. We have tried their crepe pockets and really enjoyed them. They were just perfect, not too sweet. I really liked how they gave us some fresh fruits on the side and some fresh fruit sauces. It went well with the crepes. Will be going back to try some more of their desserts! Would recommend to try their crepe pockets! You might like them
Had the mango fruit Pucada. Was pretty decent, not the best i've had. Price on the door is different than prices on website which are both different than the price inside. That whole part was confusing so they really need to update and be consistant with the customers. Prepped quickly, fresh mango, would grab again.
Service was very friendly and we were quickly served after entering. We ended up trying the mango mochi and cheesecake. The mochi did taste like mango but the filling was just ok. Unfortunately the cheesecake itself did not taste like mango without the sauce it came with. Appreciated that we got some fresh mango to enjoy with the cheesecake. Overall, a cute concept dessert place but it was a bit expensive for what you get.
I went to Mango Like Desserts in Square One today and WOW everything was so fresh and delicious. Not only was my Mango dessert very delicious but the staff and service was amazing as well! This is a must try if you're in the area!
This location is takeout only. The plaza is relatively rundown and not well lit so if you come after dark, it feels like a TV show murder alley scene. Location aside, the food was pretty good although the prices were a bit on the high side. I think I will try some of the other items on their menu at a later time but don’t think I will be a regular here.
Wayyy too much mint, mint everywhere! The amount of mint they use for 1 cup of drink is like to put in cooking for a whole meal. It makes the drink has super bitter taste. The mango mochi dessert is ok, not very special. The only thing tastes good is the mango sticky rice. I love the fact that they mix coconut and pandan together, create an amazing flavor. Bonus point for the huge portion and variety options.
I went there with my cousin, we really liked the desert. We tried Mango cheesecake and Mango fruit picada. Worth the money.
Absolutely disappointing! These were ordered to me by a friend that had them uber’d to me so I was not expecting cheap snack cakes in “gourmet” crepe pockets. This was my reaction to first time having and never seeing the menu: Their crepe pockets are a joke! Had their Mangomisu pocket, first off it had mango in it which was not ripe at all and sour, and they threw a Jos Louis inside it to claim it as a “misu”. There was no coffee of any sort for calling it “misu” as one would expect. Also had the 3 crepe pocket flavour combo, the mango one would have been good had the mango been ripe, just sour. The passion fruit one didn’t taste like anything, except for a passion flakie stuffed in the center. And the blue berry one also was flavourless and had another piece of Jos Louis stuffed in the center of it! They use cheap snack cakes as fillers or their specialty cake in the crepe pockets! That’s sad and a ripoff for the price customers pay! And for a place to have “mango” in its name, you’d think they would have great quality mangos which are ripe and sweet…not extremely sour! Wanted to give zero stars but won’t allow me, how disappointing! Check out the pics I’ve attached and the so called “specialty cake” inside is just snack cakes you can buy at Walmart for $2 a box of six ‍ Far from “specialty”. But if you like to pay that over priced tag they have, sour mango’s, and enjoy cheap snack cakes stuffed inside your crepe pocket, then this place is for you.
Not many places offer crêpe cakes, but this place offers even more. Their crêpe pockets are too creamy for my tastes, so I stick to the crêpe cakes. Is the same prices as other dessert places, but it has more than just mangoes. Order ahead of you don’t want to wait ~10 min for prep
