I bought a truck from Malibu Motors last week and I couldn't be more pleased.  The truck was well-priced, is in fantastic condition and runs terrific.  Dylan and John were both straightforward, honest and fair.  A bunch of money and effort was invested in the truck by Malibu to ensure it would be problem-free and a 2 year warranty gives me complete peace of mind in buying a used vehicle.  I also have total confidence that if I do run into any problems Malibu will take care of me.  I would not hesitate to recommend this dealer based on my experience.

It is so refreshing to be truly served by a company who understand that customer service is all about creating a unique and satisfiying purchasing experience for the CUSTOMER.

 John and Sean went the extra mile to ensure that the vehicle that I purchased was ready for the winter road trip back to Alberta, and looked after every concern that I had with care and efficiency. 

The vehicle that I purchased was professionally detailed, mechanically solid, and priced reasonably. 

I would definitely purchase another vehicle from them in the future.

Sean and John did an excellent job! I bought a car and wanted to do a buy-back after a few months. They didn‘t have any issues with that and put it in my contract. They even helped me with insurance and an issue I had with the car. They know what exceptional customer service means. Thank you so much!

Best Customer Service I've Ever Received!

Got in touch with Sean about picking up a 2005 Volkswagen Golf TDI for a fair price at Malibu Motors. The only time I could come from the mainland to the island to get it was on a Sunday. Sean went out of his way to meet me outside of business hours on his day off and even drove and waited with me at the insurance place (as there regular insurance provider was unavailable on Sundays)! I had a bit of a rocky start with a part breaking in the first week of ownership that Malibu Motors would never have been aware of was in need of repair (EGR Valve). Sean stepped up and paid for the repair from a shop on the mainland and the car has been sailing smooth ever since. Great customer service, beautiful vehicle, and will definitely be recommending to friends and family! Thanks Sean!
