Maison Privee - Place Ville Marie

Very bad service from Nico. I made an appointment on their website a week ago and got my appointment changed 30 minutes before my appointment the day of. Nico, told me that he was too busy cutting hair at his own business and forgot to let me know that he wasn't going to arrive. I do not recommend that anybody spends their time and money at this establishment since they clearly don't care about their customer's time.

Sacha has been nothing but amazing to me for the last 5 years of serving me. He is more than tattoos and good looks, he is a master of his craft. Every time I come to my appointment on time as it is decency when booking appointments in any fields, I am served with nothing but respect and the biggest smile by the entire staff. An hour long appointment feels like 10 minutes with Sacha as I am lucky to be let in his wonderful and never boring world. By the end of it I leave with a haircut and beard trim done to perfection, I also leave entertained and with all the stress of my week behind. Every time I leave I look forward to the next appointment with Sacha. from cutting my hair before my wedding to before my wife giving birth, he has truly been there for me at every major event of my life and I could not have counted on someone better to make sure I look good for all of them. Do yourself a favor and book yourself an appointment with him. You will not regret it!

Very disappointed. Last 2 or 3 times I took an appointment would receive a text last minute giving me a reason why my appointment needs to be cancelled it's the barbers day off, he doesn't have the keys, ect.. Then when my appointment doesn't get cancelled, I am there on time but 2 clients waiting before me, so we area talking at least 1 hour wait... Considering the lack of professionalism and lack of consideration parking is 5$ an hour, I just left and will never be returning. Too bad really liked this place and have been going for a few years but the service and lack of is ridiculous.

The entire shop needs a course in customer service before they are allowed to pick up a pair of clippers again. Both times I had an appointment the barber was late, second time not only late but didn't show. When you enter the shop noone acknowledges you or attempts to help you. Don't waste your time with these amateurs

I have been going to this barbershop for the last year or so, and every single time I leave with a fresh, dope haircut. All the staff is polite and always greet you as soon as you walk in. S/O to Nader, he’s very friendly, truly enjoys what he does and is extremely professional. I couldn’t be happier with his work. If you haven’t been there yet, you’re missing out!

It has been two times already that my appointment is cancelled the same day without notice or solution…

It’s taken me two days to word this because I had such a good experience. First off, go see Angelo. Secondly, I wish he messed up in some way so that I wouldn’t have to travel back to Montreal just for a haircut...I’m two hours drive away But, he hooked me up and I’ve never experienced such dedication and attention to detail; hands down the best haircut I’ve ever had. The time he spend on my fade alone just for one side was how much time my “loyal” barber of 2 years spent on the entire hair cut and my old barber charged just as much. This place is definitely worth a try and well worth the money, if your appointment is running late you’ll understand these guys don’t rush to get clients in and out. Insane value for the money. Thanks Angelo! Not excited to drive 4 hours total for a haircut but I’ll be back for sure at some point.
