A pleasant hello, maybe even a smilllle, goes a long way in customer service and the store management may consider training their employees on such basics. I have no tolerance for rudeness in this day and age - I will gladly shop online and avoid your unpleasant employees. A shame, the ladies who have assisted me here before have been the most cordial professionals!

Terrible customer service! Do not buy there! I bought a pair of winter boots for 250$ after being recommended the brand Olang by the store employee less than a year ago on December 30, 2019. It did not last a full winter and there is already a tear in the boot. As I tried to politely explain the need for a solution given the price spent based on their recommendations, the Manager abruptly interrupted me to say "I am repeating what I am told. Nothing can be done, you can call customer service". And she gives me a number that does not even work. Clearly, she could not care less to help. I will be filing a formal complaint. This is absolutely inacceptable.

J’ai proposé de donner mon numéro de téléphone afin de rattacher la vente à mon compte client mais elle m’a répondu que “cela ne servait à rien” et n’a même pas fait l’effort de le faire. C’est vraiment dommage car j’aime vraiment les modèles proposés dans cette enseigne mais je ne prendrai pas le risque de revivre la même expérience.
