I don't know what other reviewers are complaining about because my experience was great. I had watch band that needed repair and the service was fast, courteous, and professional.

Terrible service. Neglected to tell me Swatch offers free battery changes and refused to refund me when I gave them the chance to make it right 20 mins later. Opportunistic and not client focused. Avoid.
