Well we use to go there regularly. Good selection and great prices. As for sampling, whenever we were there, the person behind the bar sure didn’t want to share any samples. Whatever we asked for, he said wasn’t available. And then...... I went in today to find the prices had increased 25%! I inquired way and was told that effective March 1st ALL alcohol prices had raised, due to government taxes. However when I researched this, all the articles stated that only 1.5% of all spirits were affected and wine was NOT included. So magnotta raised their prices 25% on their own accord.

Excellent ice wine - try the sparkling ice wine and the iced apple! Great staff!

Great service, great wine. If you're looking for reasonably priced wine and a large selection of it, Magnotta is the place to go!
