Our condo corporation contracted Elves flooring to replace our carpets. Dave Smith was the owner of Elves at that time and now he is the owner of Lincoln Flooring. The installation was good and at first the carpet was good. We had some issues before the first year after installation and had real trouble getting any service from them. The owner has come back into our building since then and promised to do numerous things to correct little issues but doesn't return calls and doesn't send people. We do not recommend this business to anyone inside our building and would not recommend them to anyone anywhere else either. We are very disappointed with the after purchase service.

We have worked with these guys on large commercial projects and find them to be professional, quick, reliable, and very competitive on cost. They stand behind their work too which is great.

We had some flooring put in a rental apartment but we had to go away for 3 months. So, we weren't able to inspect the job after it was done. On returning, we were happy with the job.
