New owners are great local people. They are cleaning up the place and have brought in a new ice cream machine. Cakes are delicious and beautifully decorated. Safe are friendly and if you do a quick online survey you get a FREE Dilly BAR! Love

I used to work at the Beamsville Dairy Queen and the new manger is withholding paycheck of former employees. She has favorites and treats the rest like they don't know anything. It used to be a good place to work but now it is a toxic environment. The manager thinks she owns the place but she doesn't her parents bought the place. The workplace is not a welcoming environment and unfriendly. The employees get treated unfairly. The manager takes away hours for herself with no warning and she fires employees out of the blue.

This place can get pretty busy and the wait can be long as the most staff I have ever seen is 4 at one time. Any more staff would be impossible for their location. The line and crowd really speaks to the quality product that they serve. A good example of employees that care about the product.

Ice cream chains don't do as well as local ice cream stores anymore but I still enjoy dairy queen! The place was very clean and quick.

Best way to best the heat with 30°+ weather. Considering how busy it was yesterday the staff were quick and accurate with the orders and helped to move the long line along fast.
