Shoppers Drug Mart

Very well stocked and you can pretty much get anything you need here. The best part is their Pharmacy Staff for prescriptions, very helpful, knowledgeable and go the extra mile for you. I've since moved from Beamsville but have chosen to keep my prescriptions here just because of the service.

Used the Post Office and Pharmacy often while staying in Beamsville. Have more than I see in Quebec. Polite people.

They've got everything you'll need, except good customer service. Cashier needs a vacation, she was very crabby.

Awful service today at the Beamsville Shoppers drug mart. This morning I received a call from them that my photos that I ordered were ready for pick up. I went into the store later that evening. Went to the check out and was told by a rude cashier she couldn't find my photos. I advised that I was called this morning and that the photos were ready. Cashier preceded to huff and said "nothing I can do". She acted like myself and everyone else that went to her checkout were a huge inconvenience and ruined her day. I asked to speak to the manager who looked for one minute then walked away. I stood there waiting for her to return but she never came back. My child got tired of waiting and wanted to go home to have dinner. Finally I had enough and purchased my other items. The correct response from the cashier and manager in this situation would have been to apologize, take down my name and phone number and advice the photo lady will call me in the morning. I will never order photos again from this location. Also that cashier should not have a job in retail, she is rude and not friendly at all.
