Great park in the summer for family fun. Half of the park is dog friendly. Great for picnics. Nice shady trees and park benches. Well maintained. Winter fin for kids with their boards and going down the mini hills.

Despite many reviews stating good suitability for dogs, there are usually too many of them present during peak hours, and the park lacks an enclosed area for off-leash play. However, this is an excellent park with no major problems or issues.

Great hill for sledding. No parking lot, but ample street parking.

Pretty park, very relaxing, with a lot of dog walkers and dogs in off leash play. No facilities other than benches to speak of, though. No playground equipment for kids (which makes it quieter if that is what you are looking for). If you are looking for a kids park, there is one a couple of blocks up Clarence Street (sort of to the west), next to the community pool (Patro d'Ottawa I think)
