Mac's Grill

The food was really good and so was the service. Our poor waitress had to come back 3/4 X's b/c I didn't know/couldn't decide what I wanted. Everything sounded so good. I had the steak tips in teriyaki sauce. I have enough for dinner tomorrow. Their French bread was awesome.

Meh. Servers were great. I'd give them 5 stars. The fries were also great. The actual food fell just shy of absolute trash. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone I like.

Great food steak was perfect. Only reason I didn't give it a 5 start rating was because of the hostess who seated us with the stipulation that we had to be done in an hour and a half because they had a party coming. Thought that was odd because the only time I've ever been delayed in a restaurant was due to poor service and slow delivery of the food.

We had dinner last night at Mac’s Grill, but went away hungry as the food and service was atrocious! My husband and I ordered the parmesan crusted haddock with garlic mashed potato. When it arrived an hour after it was ordered, the potato was barely warm and the haddock must have been sitting in the oven for the entire hour. It was not edible. My shock was that the server acted like it was our fault, didn’t offer a replacement, and just snottily told us it had been removed from our bill. When we paid our bill she short changed my husband $22.00 and again was snotty about giving him the correct change. Really??? Not impressed with Mac’s Grill or the server.

I saw the sign for $0.75 wings and decided to stop to get some. I was not disappointed. Fast, friendly service and cool atmosphere. I'd come back again for sure, but I don't come this way very often.
