Domino's Pizza

I was waiting for 1.5 hours for my rewards pizza and they neglected what i wanted on my pizza and served me an incorrect pizza. They simply could not get my order correct after making 5 pizzas. I left unsatisfied without the food i ordered.

Auburn Maine location. Ordered carry out, 1 sausage and 1 feta cheese pizza. Pizza was cold, practically no cheese on either, ONE piece of sausage on EACH slice of a medium pizza. Poor service, REALLY disappointed. Will be getting our food from other establishments from now on.

Was told it would take between 30 and 45 minutes to make and deliver the pizza. I had a flight I needed to leave for about two hours after I ordered. I waited. 30 minutes later, nothing. 45 minutes, still nothing. An hour.. nothing. Hour and a half. Still absolutely nothing. My cab arrived and the delivery driver still wasn't there. Then, lo and behold, I see them driving up as we pull out of the parking lot. The delivery driver then has the nerve to call and ask where I am. I tell him it's been two hours and I'm already gone. I never did get a refund. This was before the remodel.

Very impressed. I ordered a BBQ pan pizza, they made me a garlic pan pizza. So I had to wait 15 minutes for the correct pizza to be made as I was picking it up. So they gave me both pizzas and a coke and the dipping sauces I wanted all 100% free. Well worth the wait, and impressive since most would have just given a dessert or gone half off.

I've never had an issue with anything so far. As a matter of a fact I placed an order recently during one of their busier hours so a 20 to 30 minute wait was to be expected. But the delivery guy ( tanner) was very thorough at making sure I had the right order and was very friendly. And the pizza only lasted about six minutes once I bought it in. Delicious!
