Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever had! The person who took my order didn’t ask for the right information I called back over an hour later because I still didn’t receive my food and the people there told me “you’ll get it when I get it”. After the hour and 20 minutes later the driver calls me with a huge attitude calling me a nickname that I never even gave him, asking me “did I order from them or not and what’s my address” when I told him my address he goes “well that’s why” and hangs up on me. When I called the store to talk to a manager the manager says “well this is how we always deal our customers”. After I asked her to speak to her supervisor she told me call back on Thursday. Never fix the issue never assured me made me feel even less. I will never order from them again and this was my first time ordering from them terrible service.

I placed an order at 5:30 p.m. this evening. It is now 8 p.m. the driver finally shows up after I've had to call twice. The food was cold and wet and Soggy. Both times I had called I was told he was walking out the door with the food that was obviously not the truth. Had they told me that they were going to take so long I would have just went and picked it up and avoided this whole situation but now they lied and said that he was out the door 1 hour. 2nd hour same thing. No one should have to wait two and a half hours to go four blocks down the road for delivery order this is and was my last order ever there. I have lost all confidence in this place. They've screwed it up so many times in the past but every time I give it another chance. But this was the last straw two and a half hour wait lied to twice, and food was cold gross and Soggy because it has sat for so long. There's no point of even calling them they don't give refunds for anything anymore because all they care about is making their dollar. The owner of this place should be very ashamed of himself if he is allowing this to go on. Also I would like to mention the fact that the girls he hires to do the waitressing and on the phones have absolutely no idea what's really going on or they're told to lie to their customers. Because I had asked her by our two to just be honest and let me know how long it was really going to be and I also had asked if the food had been sitting and if it was cold and she told me no and he was leaving now and another half hour went by and guess what I was right. So if you plan on ordering from here make sure that you don't mind gross wet soggy food and waiting 3 hours for it to actually show up

Overall, the service and quality of food at Lewiston House of Pizza has fluctuated the past several years. Most recently, it's average (at best) to mediocre. The side salads are 99% lettuce with one cucumber slice, quartered, and a lazily cut chunk of tomato. None of their other normal sized salads are great, either. The only saving graces at Lewiston House of Pizza are the pizza and sandwiches. But, other places make the same and they make it better. Considering the popularity, people must be unaware of the existence of better establishments, or perhaps people have low standards for quality. I'd only recommend Lewiston House of Pizza as a last resort. The food isn't worth the excessive wait, or the likely possibility that your order is wrong.

Love their pizza and customer service. I crave their crust and sauce all the time. They are great with elderly customers.

Food is fairly decent for a pizza place. Delivery service has been great so far.
