Recommended by Canadian friends, we tried this highly reputed Portuguese restaurant, and we were not disappointed by the excellent poutines and chicken sandwiches! The portions are generous, and the prices are reasonable. The salads are also of good quality. So, the quality/price/quantity ratio is unbeatable in the city.nnExpect a bit of a wait 30 minutes during lunchtime. There are few seats inside, but good weather allows for takeout and a meal at La Fontaine Park, which is just next door.nnI highly recommend it!

Food is top notch, portion is huge, only complain is the place is really hot summer, imagine eating inside a sauna room. Chicken is so tender, poutine is great although a bit salty probably be cause if the sausage. Salad is better than a lot of higher end restaurants.

Portuguese chicken poutine was very good. Got a small. Portion sizes are good. I had ordered the chicken and chorizo poutine but didn't get any chorizo. Maybe lost in translation. Service is quick. Atmosphere is decent.

Possibly my favourite restaurant in Montreal, it absolutely lives up to the hype. Excellent ingredients and food, efficient service and incredibly well priced for the quality and quantity you get. Tax in included in their menu prices and they don't pressure you to tip on counter service food via the card machine.nnWorth queueing for although if you get there before 12pm the wait is usually quite short, even in weekends.

The poutine here was so, so good. The chicken and chorizo were elite, the cheese curds squeaky, and the fries didn’t get soggy with the gravy until over 20 min after.nnI’d have to come back to get just the chicken too.nnThe egg tarts were really good, comparable to what I’ve had in Portugal.
