Restaurant L'Avenue

good service, very good atmosphere and good food. They have a good menus with lots of choices and they did a good job adding a unique touch to common breakfast and brunch items. There is usually a lineup if you go on the weekend but not too bad it moves fast. I took off a star because the place is a little tight so it felt like we were sitting with the other tables on both sides, so it's not a. Place for intimate and isolated tables. Over all very good place and I'll definitely go back. The Benedict steak 👌🏽👌🏽

Had an amazing time at L’Avenue. Great service, great place and amazing food. Be prepared to wait in line but it is worth every minute (you can go to the Aldo outlet across the street to make time). Couldn’t choose just one so I had to have it all. Every single this was spectacular but what stole my heart was the French Toast. Incredibly moist and crispy at the same time. I don’t know what they put in there but it was awesome.

Love love love this place. It was my first time & I'm definitely adding it to my go-to breakfast restaurants. Saturday around 2pm & there was at least a 20-25min wait. I don't mind waiting during the summer but I'd never wait that long in winter. Anyways, totally worth it ! Love the mimosas ... I had 3 :orange (it's good but try the other flavors you won't regret it), strawberry-melon (soo good) & blueberry basil ( also good). So the menu itself is interesting. I had the french toast Benedictine (crazy combination if you're very hungry & tastes amazing). So much food at such an affordable price. Love the decor. Loud ambiance. The waiters are very nice also...

A lot has already been said about this place, and yes it is a great! The food is really good. The steak and egg (Benedict) is really amazing. Portions are generous and it is well priced. There is also a good selection of amazing juices. Unfortunately is always packed, but hey at least they keep the quality up!!

I usually do not like spending money on breakfast restaurants nor brunch. This place was an exception. Unique combination of ingredients and huge portions!!! Every item on the menu looked amazing. Would definitely recommend any Egg Benedict there
