Métro Médic Centre Ville

This clinic looked fine. Wait times were decent. But the doctor was absolutely terrible. He was dressed more like a janitor. Didn't provide much information other than "go to the hospital, can't help you with that"

Canceled my appointments twice without any reason, never offered me to reschedule. The second time, I needed semi-urgent care and was told I would see a doctor the next day - they sent me an email the morning of the appointment stating it had once again been canceled. Don't even try getting help there, I don't think they care at all!

Adore my personal physician ....and the staff super friendly BUT ....due to the pandemic phone service is to be desired .....I'm old and detest "waiting" then ..getting no explanation for the delay ...sigh

This clinic doesn't respect the patient‘s time at all , you made an appointment ,and the doctor came late, and the clinic told you that, went back home and waited for the call from the doctor, then after 4 hours since the appointment time, there is no call-back. And they only told you to wait. GEE! Very bad experience.

Worst service ever they were super rude and unprofessional didn’t feel welcomed at all. Dr Lachance was super disrespectful.
