I would never recommend anyone getting their family doctor out of this office. I've been with them for almost 4 years, and it's been declining. It's impossible to make an appointment that's not STI related, and their automated system will terminate the call at random times.

They book many appointments at the same time so be prepared to wait hours even with an appointment. My doctor was great but retired and the clinic never told me. They said they would call me back to figure something out but they never did and haven't answered my many phone calls.

Had a great experience. Very fast, nonjudgemental. Dr Sarah Massoud is a godsend.

The claim was made that Hepatitis C had morphed within the gay community, and so it is mandatory that all members of the LGBTQ community be forced to take a vaccine that nobody wants. This claim is unethical. Their doctors are also unbelievably uninformed on simple health conditions.
