Even though it was extremelly long and hard to find an opening in a clinic for an appointment, I almost cancelled because of all the reviews. I was very happy that I didn't. The receptionist had a lot of work to do answering the phones, checking people in, etc and she was still very nice and welcoming. The nurse and doctor were great, took the time to listen and try to figure out solutions and didn't hesitate to send for tests. Plus the doctor advised that blood tests get done elsewhere because their testing part of the clinic is private and would cost a lot if separate insurance won't cover it.

There are a lot of 1 star reviews wishing they could be 0 stars - but honestly my experience was wonderful with En Route. Mask is mandatory, receptionist asks that you pay $1 cash only. I called today and expressed what was wrong, and got an appointment for an hour later! My experience with Dr Dagenais was great, he listened to all my concerns and examined me accordingly. I definitely recommend asking for him if making an appointment! And, as a young woman, I felt very safe having him examine me - which is super important in this day and age.

They deserve a 0. After a 3 year wait for a doctor I was sent a letter saying that to book an appointment with a doctor I should do so on their site. Their phone service says the same thing. I booked an appointment only to be told it was for a nurse, not a doctor and that if I want an appointment I must call at 7am and book one. Their website says, however, that walk ins are welcome. I was rudely told I would not be allowed to have a walk-in appointment and that there's nothing they can do for me. This complete disregard for patient care is disgusting.

I had an appointment today at this clinic and I was welcomed by the lack of manners and unprofessionalism of the receptionist. I forgot my mask at home and I had to pay 1 dollar for a mask , that's ridiculous but okay I did because I needed to see a doctor. I do not understand how this receptionist stills works there after all the bad reviews that this clinic has because of her. My encountered with the doctor was fine, he answered all my questions, I felt good energy and empathy from the doctor Dr. Dagenais

Horrible receptionist. So rude. If you’re going to the clinic, it’s normally because you have health concerns and don’t feel good…The last thing you want is a low life woman with anger issues being rude to you. She disregards any question you may have, at this point just have people self check-in to their appointments. Also, when I called to get some answers for my blood tests, she didn’t even let me finish saying what my name was and went “Everything is good!”. First of all, they are not allowed to give results on the phone and second, there is no way she had time to type in my name in the system in 0.0001 second also given the fact that people make me repeat and spell my name all the time. This clinic is gonna end up getting a lawsuit at some point because of that lady.

The receptionist should be sued or put in jail. She is the worst possible person I have met in my entire life and that’s a pretty rough statement I never thought I would be able to make. She will deny you care which is your human right. She does not know how to speak at all and tries to yell instead. Completely incoherent and incompetent. I have no idea how she still has a job at this place because with that kind of behaviour, any good company would fire someone with almost immediate effect. I arrived at this clinic with a severe case of pneumonia trying to meet with a doctor. I booked an appointment and then was denied care by this woman due to her not recognising my RAMQ number. I offered to pay out of pocket no matter what amount and yet she did nothing to make the situation comfortable or even suggest any next steps. I have no words to tell you but avoid this clinic. If you have a death wish, then go. I don’t know about the competency of any doctor at this clinic but all I can say is, the woman in the reception will leave such a bitter taste in your mouth, that you will never want to come back to this place. Shame on you. You are a disgrace to humanity. You are a disgrace to people. None of these 1-2 star reviews are exaggerated. She is that awful. This woman needs to be reported and she needs to lose her job. She is a shame to this clinic and the healthcare system. When you put people like this, dying seems like a better option than interacting with this kind of devil.

I have never written a review before but after my experience here I have no choice. I gave it one star out of necessity, but it does not deserve it. I met with Dr. Greenberg. He began our appointment by taking not one, but two personal phone calls. I waited for five minutes while he spoke with his wife before even acknowledging that I was there. When he finally hung up he was flippant and disinterested and never asked me what my concern was. He instead looked at the incomplete file that the nurse had made and decided without a single question that nothing was wrong. How he could have known that is a complete mystery as it contained no history and almost no information. I waited for him to finish telling me there couldn’t possibly be a problem before I finally asked if I could even explain what my concern was. He shrugged and said it was nothing. I insisted that I was not overreacting, that I know when something is wrong with me. He told me that I was "clearly upset" and begrudgingly wrote me a referral for a specialist. When he took me to the nurse to get the paperwork he said, “This young lady needs to be reassured,” in a manner that was deeply insulting and dripping with condescension. I had my specialist appointment and a competent doctor who showed me a thread of respect immediately noticed the problem that, for any doctor actually doing their job, was impossible to miss. Women go undiagnosed and live in pain or die because of doctors like this, who write off our real concern as hysteria and treat us as irrational and unworthy of respect. I spent days before my specialist appointment feeling like I was insane, that I had imagined the entire thing, that I was overreacting. Only to find out that I had been gaslit into feeling that way by this demeaning, disrespectful, and sexist “doctor.” He should face punitive measures for the harmful negligence that he has shown to, I am sure, many others as well. And I paid $175 for the privilege. If you are a woman and have to make an appointment here, don't let them make it with Dr Greenberg.

Bad experience with the front desk. Called in to confirm my appointment since I booked online and was told that I needed a notice from a doctor. Was never informed of this when I booked online. Receptionist was very curt and cut me off when speaking. Just told me that the appointment will be cancelled if I don’t show up, even when I asked her to cancel it for me since I could not do so on the website. If I wasn’t assigned to this clinic’s group of doctors, I would have never bothered going there due to the abysmal reviews.

The worst health services I ever experience, the receptionist even won't let you finish a sentence or explaining the situation, super rude and disrespectful. She cut me off without hesitation and asked me to leave. I was shocked and was asking myself if it is a prank or they are serious. You can not believe if it is a real health service center, the center's medical certificate should be revoked. I don't know whats wrong with them, I am sorry to say that, but you can not call them humans, they behaves like the animals. I'm wondering myself if they've ever had a supervisor or manager to monitor how do they behave with patients?

Receptionist was rude, yelling and insulting. everyone. Safety guards came to ask her to calm down... I don't understand how she is still working there, I would have fired her on the spot. Avoid this clinic if possible. This is unfortunate because the doctor was very competent.
