Went for a post-travel appointment...it took two hours to see the Doctor. Everyone that seemed to be there for vaccines or pre-travel appointments seemed to pass faster. Though the wait was long, the service was good and I really appreciated the kindness of the staff and nurses!

Super great service!! The process to book an appointment online was really easy. When I got there, the receptionist was very kind. And I had a great experience with the doctor. She was very attentive and patient with my questions, made great recommendations, and gave me all kinds of helpful information. Also I should say I'm generally really uncomfortable with vaccines, but she administered them painlessly and even let me lie down while she did them in case I got light-headed. I felt like I was in good hands the whole time I was there. I will definitely return here for any future travel vaccination needs.

In short: This is a great place! It's very easy and fast to get an appointment, they have reasonable prices - plus, if you are a Quebec resident, they are able to bill certain things directly through your RAMQ card, which makes basic vaccines and certain post-travel care entirely free. Everything was very uncomplicated for me during my visits. The nurses and doctors were very responsive in regards to any desires, questions, or concerns I had.

Avoid at all cost and save your time and money, go elsewhere. I would absolutely would not recommend this clinic because of the following reasons: Arrived on time to my appointment. After 30 minutes of waiting and concerned about the wait time I approached the receptionist to ask about the delay. She answered that they were doing their best and would take just few more minutes. Another 20 minutes passed and other people that have arrived later than me with appointments in later time as well, are going before me. Then I proceed to ask for a little explanation of the situation and they replied again that "they were doing their best". Waited an hour and I was unable to wait any further then I proceeded to leave explaining the time I waited and they didn't even offer an apology or offered to re schedule anything. They simply don't care at all, Unprofessional behavior and always pushy about getting more and more vaccines.

I would absolutely would not recommend this clinic. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. Arrived on time. First person in the clinic. They still took me in over 30 minutes late. Nurse was unable to answer my questions or prescribe required medication – my situation was too complicated, she said. Informed that the doctor would call instead. The doctor never called. I called the clinic to follow up. They said they'd call be back in a few minutes. They never called. I called again the next day. They said the prescription had already been forwarded to pharmacy with instructions despite their not having sufficient information to prescribe the medication, since I never saw the doctor. I called the pharmacy. The instructions the doctor gave were illegible. I called the clinic. The clinic resent the prescription. Not enough medication was prescribed for the duration of the trip and my questions regarding how to use the medication were still not answered in the instructions given. Called the clinic back again to inform them of the problem. No one called back for over a week. I ended up going to another doctor.

Great service from the front desk to the nurse I dealt with. Quick, swift and hassle free. Unfortunately wasn't able to be seen the first day I showed up as a walk-in due a staff member having called in sick, but they told me when to come the next day - I did - and it was smooth sailing from there. If you're going as a walk in, I suggest being there at 7:20am to be seen first.

I have been going to this clinic every one or two years since 2014. The front staff is really helpfull and friendly. Most of the nurses I've encoutered were friendly and very knowleageble about the vaccines. They gave me good feedback so I could decide which vaccine I felt confortable taking for each trip. Here a special thanks to nurse Stéphanie: simply the best! All the doctors I've seen were very professional and patient with all my uncountable questions. Special thanks to Dr. Provencher: very attentive! I just removed one star because, as others have mentioned, sometimes we do wait quite a lot for a private clinic 30-45min. Also, the price they charge for the vaccines, according to my insurance company Industrielle Alliance, is way beyond the what they consider reasonable. Therefore, I ended up being remboursement only about 24% of that I paid. At least all the profits go to the Foundation CHUM. ;

Excellent and speedy service. Charming doctor was well travelled and very simpatico.
