This store goes all out to help customers. Good footwear is not cheap, but it is worth every penny. I have been shopping here for years and can honestly say that my quality of life is so much better because i don't have foot pain

Remember how shoe stores used to size your feet, make you walk around, ask where the pressure points are? Well this store goes above and beyond those steps and makes you feel like the Queen of Sheba. They have a huge selection of Birkenstock’s apparently they are the OGs of Western Canada when it comes to importing the brand. They make sure the shoe fits, literally. They also give you a guide to caring for them. I haven’t used them as a shoe repair but they do that as well. Great service and selection! Also in a cool area of Regina.

Very helpful staff from the moment you walk in the door. Tim was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in finding and adapting the proper footwear for my issue. They will spend as much time as it takes to find the proper footwear and ensure you are fitted properly and comfortable. A retail store with this quality of service is rare.

This store values customers so much more than big box stores filled with teenagers with little training. I got a good fit on my insoles, and along the way I got advice on what to look for in running shoe fit, among other useful information. I'm usually uneasy about folks helping me put my shoes on, but knowing that they take sincere pride in their work, and that it helps them find the right fit, I felt much more at ease. Update: I got a pair of Birkenstock sandals a couple of weeks ago. I recently saw that they were the same price at Sportchek. However, at Iannone's, I had them fitted properly, with good service. Also, my toes were a little uncomfortable, so they they gently hammered out the toe area so that they could fit properly. I was also given instructions on maintenance and care. No extra cost, but it was extra value. Thanks!

Great sit and fit experience. If you're looking for some blundstones, I recommend getting them here. The staff is knowledgeable about the proper fit and care of blundstones. They ordered a style in for me in multiple sizes to ensure a good fit. They also offer stretching service for the boots purchased there so you can skip some of the pains of stretching the boots through wear.

I was helped as soon as I walked in. They didn't carry my size unfortunately but they helped me a lot. Amazing customer service. They want the best for you and your feet.
