Moores Clothing for Men

Went in yesterday to get a custom suit for my wedding. It was a great experience. The store was quite busy, but I never once felt rushed by Brent the store manager who was helping me. He listened to everything I wanted, offered great advice, and overall it was a great experience. I'm super happy with how everything turned out, and am super excited to see the finished product. Thanks to Brent and Moore's Regina for an awesome experience!

Felt like the lady looked down on how I was dressed. said "we would not have anything that inexpensive in our store". When i asked about a pair of $29 dress pants being advertised.Youd think the staff would have that knowledge and a customer would not need to show the employees the stores deals. I showed them they did and she said we don't have those available. When I told her "I need black dress pants". She showed me grey ones then I told her the field of work I was doing and would need to be black for the third time. The staff member then brought me to a pair of black pants, to tell me "the only size available is a 36". She did not ask if I would like to view other options. She just gave me a look like I was wasting her time, she can physically see I'm not a 36 waist. Yet she provided zero help for me. I found this staff member rude how I was treated.I will not be coming back to this store , Your company lost a young customer. I could have been consistent customer, but instead a arrogant staff member ruined my experience. Thank you for your time reading my review on this poorly stocked store, and adleast 1 poor staff member experience.

I was in Moore's yesterday, I usually have a great experience shopping here but yesterday I had an awful experience. My husband needed a to get a new shirt and pants for a funeral as what he was wearing got dirty on our way there. However I was not happy with my service yesterday, a young man with dark hair and glasses approached us, we thought we were going to get immediate help, but he wouldn't stop talking over us and trying to tell us what we needed to buy. My husband and I were incredibly upset and about to leave when an older woman came up and completely changed our experience. After talking with her she was able to get us a new outfit with hemmed pants in under 10 to 15 minutes. I'm guessing that they work on commission but forcing product onto someone is not appropriate, not listening to what we were looking for and telling us what we needed was extremely inappropriate and insensitive. Next time we're in we will be avoiding him.

Not worth it....never again...glad we came out and went to other store....rep really need to work on communication skills. Body shaming is unacceptable in any culture no matter what from wherever you are. Other store staff was so much respectful , welcoming n smile on the face...

After having a bad experience at another suit store we were really happy with our experience at Moore's. The lady that helped us was very nice and could pick out my fiancé size just by looking at him.

Didn't like the way staff communicated about the stock availability. I was asked to try pants size 36 regular when 34 slimfit pants were right for me. Was disappointed after waisting more than an hour with the sales person. I was told that even if he finds which fits me the alteration will take 2 weeks due to backlog after new year's 1st week. Went to Cornwall and got suit in 5 mins and got it sized as well and received it next day. Won't go back and won't suggest anyone.

Came in to looking to buy a couple of shirts and maybe a suit, found exactly what I was looking for. Received excellent service and I'm very happy with the price tag. Thanks Amantu!

I would not recommend Moores Regina Location. As soon as we walked into the store it was chaotic, I should have trusted myself and not went forward with the service. Thank goodness it was only for 1 outfit and not a whole wedding party. We were told by the staff that alternations would take place in store; when I spoke to management 3 days before our wedding…this was not the case. My husband was scrambling to find an outfit 2 days before our wedding.

Just bought new shoes, a shirt and belt! I was just looking around with my girlfriend, unsure of what I was going to do we were about to leave but Michellea came up to me and my girlfriend and offered to help us and helped me pick stuff too! Would definitely recommend this place because of her.

Rofessionally Men's clothing in town Staffs are helpful. Prices are perfect. Deals are awesome. Variety of models available. The new fashion are going away fast.
