Story

Foster’s Shoes has a variety of footwear that is available in several different lengths and widths to customize the right fit for you. Our staff is knowledgeable in shoe fit and benefits of those shoes based on your specific needs. Along with our certified Pedorthists, Mike Romanski (owner) and Manuel Witt, we have a certified Pedorthic facility on site to assist with shoe modifications as well as manufacturing custom orthotics with a doctor’s referral. We are a locally owned company that believes in fitting you right from the first visit.

I recently bought a of NB880s, got them home and tried them on. I realized I needed a wider size. I phoned the store to ask if they had a EE wide or could order a pair. The lady told me flat out no they didn’t have a EE and couldn’t order them. I would say that’s not good customer service. Now I have a pair of runners that don’t fit properly. It was a misunderstand on my part. The staff was awesome in resolving my issue. Thank you very much, I phoned Kristin and it turned out you had a size 11 EE in stock.
The patience of the staff here is unreal, I tried on like 12 different shoes and they kept offering more just so they can help me find a shoe that fits me. I currently have two pairs of boots from here and they are excellent.
Went in with heel pain. I can't see a specialist for a month, the 2 girls running the front said they can't help me at all without a Dr's note telling them what to sell me. Why they even advertise to the public when you have to see a doctor 1st. I drove in from Moose Jaw. What a waste of time. He should probably put that on his commercial!
Nice shoes, but unfortunatly they lied when i ask them if my boots could be resouled when they are done, i came in to get new boots about abyear later and of course they now cant be resouled not due to manufactuars they just "cant do it" even though i asked them specifically if these specific boots could be resouled when i bought them, very unfortunate as that was the exact reason i shopped here. Very unfortunate as i thought this was a great place to shop.

Went here for a couple of pairs of 6E's, got a lot of help and attention. No issue of finding my sizes. Had all my silly questions answered and things explained to me. Really great shop. So happy that a Regina store carries my shoe size.

Excellent service. Very helpful. Have a hard time finding my size anywhere else. Have dealt with Foster's for a number of years. On my last visit, they had to order my size. They called me when they came in shortly afterwards, and I picked them up when I was in Regina.
Had my feet assessed and went with the recommendation of custom made ortho inserts for specialized shoes also recommended. Ended up on short term disability because the tendonitis in my feet worsened dramatically. Took inserts out and spoke to someone at Foster's who told me I was SOL I wanted my money back for the inserts since they caused harm. Took inserts out and after close to a year of physiotherapy I can walk again without pain. Will NEVER go here again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Edit to the owner: I came into the store and sent an email to explain the situation and was told in person that I was out of luck. I emailed to explain the situation and no one emailed me back, so I emailed again. Yeah, no luck.
Been using these guys for 15 - 20 years. They are pretty good.
